End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope of the license

Bilgetek grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the BulkPro software, provided you comply with these terms. Ownership of the software remains with Bilgetek; this agreement does not sell the software, it only grants a right to use it.

2. Permitted use

• Personal and commercial use is free.
• All tools are available without daily or monthly usage quotas. No license key or device activation is required.
• You may use the software on multiple computers to process your own work and files.

3. Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or converting the software to source code (mandatory legal exceptions reserved).
• Repackaging and reselling, renting or sublicensing the software.
• Circumventing the software's licensing and usage-control mechanisms.
• Using the software for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

The BulkPro brand, logos, source code and art assets belong to Bilgetek. Third-party components in the software are subject to their own open-source licenses; the full list is in docs/THIRD_PARTY.md. The MailDrop product is separately open source under the MIT license.

5. Updates

Bilgetek may from time to time provide updates, fixes or new versions of the software. Updates are subject to the terms of this agreement. Installing security-related updates is recommended.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The software is provided 'as is'. No express or implied warranty is given regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free behavior. Backing up your files before irreversible operations (e.g. redaction, repair) is your responsibility. Mandatory consumer-law provisions are reserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilgetek is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the software. This limit does not cover intent, gross negligence or mandatory consumer provisions.

8. Termination

This agreement may end on breach of its terms. On termination you are expected to stop using and uninstall the software. Output files you produced before termination remain yours.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled before the courts of Istanbul; mandatory jurisdiction rules under consumer law are reserved.
