BulkPro License & Terms of Use

1. Free tier (always on)

All 76 BulkPro tools are reachable on the free tier. Each tool has daily and monthly usage allowances; the current list is read from inside the app. The System and Productivity modules stay unlimited on the free tier as well.

• No signup or email required for the free tier.
• Personal and commercial free-tier use is allowed.
• Source code is closed; reverse engineering, decompiling or repackaging for resale is prohibited.

2. Pro plans (annual subscription)

The Pro plans (Office, Media, Bundle) remove the free-tier quotas for the modules they cover. They are billed annually and can be cancelled in one click at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term. You can install the license on as many machines as you like; only one stays active at a time.

• Office: PDF Tools + Excel Tools unlimited (USD 24/year).
• Media: Image Pro + Video Engine + Audio Engine unlimited (USD 48/year).
• Bundle: every Pro module unlimited (USD 65/year).
• Renewal reminders are sent by email 7 days in advance.

3. Payment

There is no automated checkout on this site. Pro licenses are sold directly by Bilgetek: you send your request through the contact channel, the terms and payment method are shared in writing at the quote stage, and the invoice is issued by Bilgetek. In this sale Bilgetek is both the licensor and the selling party; there is no third-party Merchant of Record.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

A BulkPro Pro license is digital content and a service. After license activation (entering the key and unlocking Pro features) no refund is issued; you are deemed to have expressly waived your right of withdrawal upon activation. Pre-activation refund requests are handled directly by Bilgetek. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement for details.

5. Prohibited uses

• Producing or processing illegal content.
• Processing third-party data without informing them (KVKK / GDPR breach).
• Mass duplication of copyrighted material without permission.
• Wrapping the software for malware distribution.
• Attempts to disrupt other users' BulkPro experience.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

BulkPro is provided 'as is'. We make no express or implied warranty about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free behavior. Testing the product carefully and backing up critical files is your responsibility, especially before irreversible operations like redaction and repair. Mandatory statutory warranties for defective goods/services under consumer law are reserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilgetek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use BulkPro. Bilgetek's total liability is limited to the license fee paid for the period to which the claim relates. This limit does not cover intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection provisions.

8. Intellectual property

The BulkPro brand, logos, source code and art assets are owned by Bilgetek. Third-party components are subject to their respective open-source licenses; the full list is published at docs/THIRD_PARTY.md.

9. Termination

We may unilaterally terminate your license in case of breach of these terms. On termination you are expected to uninstall the software; output files you produced before that point remain yours.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be settled before the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. For consumer transactions, the mandatory jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence is reserved.

11. Changes

If the terms change meaningfully, the effective date is updated and a summary is shown on the app's next launch. If you don't accept the changes, you have the option to uninstall the software.
