Websites for estate agencies
Publish your portfolio on your own brand's site, not just the listing portals. Present your for-sale and for-rent listings with photos, location and price, and capture buyer and tenant enquiries directly.
What a real estate site should have
Portfolio & listing management
You publish your own listings with photos, location, rooms, size and price. Visitors filter by for-sale/for-rent, area and price. Your portfolio lives under your brand, not a portal's.
Listing detail pages
Each listing gets a wide photo gallery, a map, a feature list and a one-tap "call" or "send enquiry". Buyers find what they want fast; you get qualified enquiries.
Area & neighbourhood pages
People search "apartments for sale in Kadıköy", "office to rent in Ataşehir". We build a page for each area you cover, so your agency stands out in local search.
Enquiry capture & routing
Buyer enquiries and a "sell/rent my property" form come straight to you; we can route to WhatsApp if you like. Every listing becomes a shopfront that makes the phone ring.
Licence & trust
Your real-estate trading licence, contact details and privacy pages are in place from the start. Visitors see a registered, trustworthy agency.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a real estate website cost?
For a real estate website, a one-page version starts at ₺9,900 and a multi-page corporate version at ₺29,500, excluding VAT. Mobile responsiveness, basic technical SEO, a contact form, SSL, privacy texts and 3 revision rounds are included. Optional extras are priced separately: a second language, a logo, domain registration, and a care plan at ₺2,400/month billed yearly. The estimator on our pricing page gives a figure for your own setup in about a minute.
Can I add and update listings myself?
Yes. A simple admin panel lets you add listings, upload photos and mark them sold/rented. We can also handle regular listing updates under a care plan.
Do I have to leave the listing portals?
No. Your own site complements the portals. Portals mean commission and competition; your own site gives you your brand, commission-free enquiries and Google visibility. Using both together works best.
Do you add the listing photos and map?
We arrange and upload the first listings and place their locations on the map. You add later listings from the panel, or we add them under a care plan.
How long does it take and how much does it cost?
A real estate site with listing support is usually ready in 1-2 weeks. The price depends on your portfolio and page count; the calculator shows an estimated starting figure instantly.
Are the licence and privacy pages included?
Yes. A real-estate trading licence area, a privacy notice, a privacy policy and a cookie page come as standard.
Can you migrate my existing listings?
Yes. We move your existing listings and photos to the new site, and can redesign your current site onto a modern listing setup.
