Bilgetek Privacy Policy

Bilgetek builds business websites and custom software for companies. This policy explains how data of people who visit bilgetek.com, reach out via the contact form, or start a project discussion is handled.

Data controller

Within this disclosure, the data controller is Bilgetek (Istanbul, Türkiye). Contact: privacy@bilgetek.com

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, optional company, message body. Used solely to handle your request.
Server access logs (via Cloudflare): IP, user agent, request time. Kept short-term for attack detection and performance.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, collects no personal data, no cross-site tracking). No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third-party SDKs.

What we do NOT collect

Browsing behavior via third-party cookies/pixels.
Device fingerprints.
Third-party ad-network data.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies at all. Language lives in the address (/tr/ and /en/) rather than in a cookie, so there is no preference to remember. There are no marketing, analytics or tracking cookies.

Data retention

Contact-form correspondence is kept for 3 years after the request is resolved, then deleted or anonymized. Server access logs are kept at most 90 days.

Third parties

Cloudflare: site hosting (Pages), CDN, DDoS protection and privacy-friendly Web Analytics (cookieless).
Resend: delivery of contact-form messages as email.
Information collected from your company is never shared with advertising or sales third parties.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data or a summary of records we hold about you. Write to privacy@bilgetek.com and we respond within 30 days.

Updates

When this policy changes meaningfully, the effective date at the top of the page is updated.
