About Bilgetek
Bilgetek is a software company based in Istanbul. Most of our work is building websites for businesses; alongside that we develop custom business software, cloud infrastructure and automation. We also ship our own products.

We build our own products
The most direct way to judge a software company is to look at what it has shipped for itself. All three are live:
BulkPro
A Windows desktop automation app. 76 tools across 7 modules: PDF, Excel, image, video, audio, productivity and system. Everything runs on the user's own machine; no file is uploaded anywhere. BulkPro page
MailDrop
A free desktop app that sends personalised bulk email through your own account. Your lists and sending history stay on your machine. MailDrop page
JotTools
Free browser-based tools for quick one-off jobs. No installation needed. jottools.com
We work sector by sector
The structure that works on a lawyer's website does not work on a restaurant's. We have written up what the website needs for 13 sectors and built a working example for each one.
These examples are fictional businesses, not our clients. Each one says so on the page. Sector solutions
How we work
We tell you the price up front
A one-page site is ₺7,500, a corporate site is ₺12,500, and a site with an admin panel is ₺19,000, excluding VAT. Turkish and English content are included. Pricing page
Included in every project
- Mobile responsiveness
- Basic technical SEO
- A contact form
- An SSL certificate
- Privacy and KVKK texts
- Three revision rounds and base copywriting
Timeline
A one-page site is ready in a few days, a multi-page corporate site in one to two weeks. We send the firm quote within 24 hours of a short call.
After delivery
We deploy the site to the customer's domain and hosting at no extra setup cost, and hand over the source code. For 30 days after launch, we fix in-scope technical bugs at no charge.
A small number of projects
We take on a small number of projects at a time. The reason is simple: we commit to supporting the work after delivery, and that is only possible while the number stays manageable.
