1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the software provider/licensor Bilgetek (Istanbul, Türkiye; hello@bilgetek.com), the Merchant of Record Lemon Squeezy, and the BUYER who purchases the product. Payment, invoicing and tax collection are handled by the Merchant of Record.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject is the electronic sale and delivery of the BulkPro Pro license (Office, Media or Bundle) selected by the BUYER on bilgetek.com. The product's features, plan and current sale price are shown on the order page.
3. Product details and price
- Office: unlimited use of PDF Tools + Excel Tools (USD 24/year).
- Media: unlimited use of Image Pro + Video Engine + Audio Engine (USD 48/year).
- Bundle: unlimited use of all Pro modules (USD 65/year).
- The final amount including all taxes is shown on the checkout screen and collected by the Merchant of Record.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered electronically as a digital license key. After payment is confirmed, the license key is sent to the email address provided by the BUYER, usually within a few minutes. There is no physical delivery or shipping.
5. Right of withdrawal and its exception
Under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to intangible goods (digital content) performed instantly and delivered to the consumer instantly in electronic form. By activating the license, the BUYER accepts that performance has begun and expressly declares a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
After license activation the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and no refund is issued. Pre-activation refund requests are assessed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the secure payment infrastructure of the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Card details are not stored or processed by Bilgetek. Invoicing and tax obligations rest with the Merchant of Record.
7. Defective service and liability
If the license does not work due to a technical fault, the BUYER may contact support@bilgetek.com. Statutory rights for defective goods/services under consumer law are reserved.
8. Dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction according to the applicable monetary thresholds. For other disputes, the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
