Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026. The BulkPro free tier is always on and requires no payment. This policy applies only to paid Pro licenses. Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

1. Scope

This policy covers the purchase, refund and cancellation of BulkPro Pro licenses (Office, Media, Bundle). No payment is taken for the free tier, so no refund question arises there. MailDrop is free and open source and is outside the scope of this policy.

2. Merchant of Record

For Pro license purchases, payment, invoicing and tax collection are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are also processed through the Lemon Squeezy flow. Bilgetek is the software provider and applies refund decisions under this policy in coordination with Lemon Squeezy.

3. Digital product and waiver of withdrawal

A Pro license is digital content and a service delivered instantly in electronic form. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods (digital content) that are performed instantly and delivered to the consumer instantly in electronic form. By activating the license (entering the key and unlocking Pro features) you expressly confirm consent to performance and waive your right of withdrawal.

No refund is issued after license activation. Activation constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal.

4. Pre-activation refunds

You may request a refund for a license you have not yet activated. The request is assessed through the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, together with your purchase date and license status. You can also write to support@bilgetek.com; we will locate your order and speed up the process.

5. Technical-issue requests

If your license cannot be activated due to a technical fault, or features you bought do not work, contact support@bilgetek.com first. If we cannot resolve it, we will offer a suitable remedy within a reasonable time, including a refund. Statutory rights for defective services under consumer law are reserved.

6. Subscription cancellation and renewal

You can cancel your annual Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features stay on until then. Cancellation does not create a retroactive refund. A reminder email is sent 7 days before renewal.

7. Duplicate and erroneous charges

Accidental duplicate payments or charges resulting from a clear pricing error are refunded in full once identified.

8. How to request

For refund and cancellation requests, write to support@bilgetek.com. We aim to resolve requests within 14 days. Statutory consumer rights and timeframes are reserved.
