Excel to PDF
Converts one Excel file (.xlsx or .xls) into a PDF.
What it does
Use this to turn your Excel report into a print-ready, shareable, archivable PDF. Every sheet in the workbook ends up in the PDF.
How to use
- Drag the Excel file in or click Select File.
- The filename appears: "Selected: report.xlsx".
- Click Run.
You get a PDF with the same name.
Examples
Send a monthly report as PDF: Drag the Excel in, run, attach the output PDF to your email.
Archive a budget for printing: Pick the Excel, run, print the resulting PDF.
Bulk-convert contracts to PDF: Run the tool once per Excel file; each one produces its own PDF.
Watch out
- This tool takes one file at a time; run it per Excel.
- Page size, orientation and fit-to-width are not in this UI. The PDF uses your Excel's print area and page setup. To change the look, edit "Page Setup" in Excel first.
- You need Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice installed.
- Encrypted Excel files cannot be processed.
- Every sheet ends up in the PDF, you cannot select a subset. To convert one sheet only, Excel Split it first.
